I ordered a wig in April of this year.The wig I ordered was not has it appeared.
I returned it for an exchange with a money order that was misplaced by this company. They claimed to have received the wig but not the money order. This would be impossible since they were in the same package. I contacted them several times.
They refused to give me my money back. Customer service is awful! They don't seem to care about the consumer. I am pissed off!
I recently went on the Better Business Bureau website and I noticed their F rating!!!
I wish I would have known this before ordering!Please do your research before ordering from this company.
